Job description

Step into a professional manufacturing career within a specialized, climate-controlled Clean Room environment! As a Packaging Technician, your commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) ensures the quality of dietary supplements used globally. This stable role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in precision and elite production standards.
Candidates must be open to either shift based on production needs. Standard schedules run Monday through Friday, but mandatory weekend work and overtime are required during peak production demands.
Days: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM- $16.50
Swings: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM - $17.00
Responsibilities:
Manual Packaging Line Support: Efficiently package, sort, and organize dietary supplements along the production line according to strict quality standards.
Precision Hand-Tool Usage: Safely and accurately utilize precision hand tools as required by the packaging and line specifications.
Quality Documentation: Maintain strict adherence to GMP compliance by accurately filling out regulatory quality logs and production documentation. Line Clearance:
Maintain a clean, safe, and fully compliant workstation in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Cross-Training / Line Versatility: A proven track record of successfully cross-training on multiple different manual packaging setups or lines, showing adaptability to changing daily quotas.
5S Methodology Familiarity: Prior experience or training in 5S organizational practices (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep the packaging lines lean and efficient.

Verifiable Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or packaging line environment (experience with food processing, nutraceuticals, or medical devices is highly preferred). GMP Knowledge: Prior experience working in a facility that enforces strict GMP compliance and regulatory quality documentation.
English Fluency: Must be fully fluent in verbal and written English. You must be able to independently read work orders, follow safety protocols, and accurately write out English production logs.
Shift Flexibility: Must be fully open and flexible to work either Day or Swing shifts, as well as mandatory weekends and peak-season overtime (especially November?January).
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for up to 100% of your shift and consistently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Clean Room Discipline: Fully comfortable working in a strict Clean Room environment (which strictly prohibits makeup, nail polish, artificial nails, jewelry, or gum).
Sensory Comfort: Comfortable working around the heavy scents and airborne dust typical of raw ingredient processing in the health and wellness industry.
Safety Gear: Must possess or be able to obtain your own steel-toed shoes/boots before Day 1 (Smocks, hairnets, boot covers, safety glasses, and ear protection are provided).
Compliance: Must pass a standard pre-employment background check.
