How your role contributes to that mission:
We are looking for a Cheese Packaging Lead in Jerome, ID. Cheese Packaging Lead is responsible for oversight of Cheese Packagers and the operation of Cheese Packaging Department. This position will train Cheese Packagers on proper procedures concerning packaging and cleaning within department.
  • Starting pay $21.69
  • $1.50 shift premium for night shift
  • Double-time on Sunday's
  • Help plant automation and mechanics to troubleshoot production problems and give assistance to operators and management.
  • Train packagers to follow proper procedures for the job to which they are assigned.
  • Ensure production stays on time and handle any production changes as they arise.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a related field required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP).
