Packaging Line Lead
Location: Souderton, PA
Schedule: 2nd or 3rd Shift Mon-Fri
Pay: $24+ (Shift Differentials - Overtime and Double Time Opportunities)

Packaging Line Lead Responsibilities
Coordinate daily pharmaceutical packaging activities in a cleanroom environment while maintaining GMP
Lead and support cleanroom production teams to ensure workflow efficiency and GMP compliance
Schedule, assign, and prioritize packaging work orders according to GMP requirements
Review batch records, line clearance, and documentation in alignment with GMP
Communicate with quality, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and support GMP standards

Packaging Line Lead Requirements
Previous pharmaceutical or cleanroom manufacturing experience with strong GMP knowledge
Prior experience in a coordinator or team lead role within a GMP regulated environment
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom setting and enforce procedures
Effective communication and leadership skills
Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
