Packaging Line Lead

Looking for a leadership opportunity with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience? This Packaging Line Lead role at a leading orthodontic products manufacturer could be a great fit for you!
This company specializes in producing high-quality orthodontic products used by professionals nationwide. They offer a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment where teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement are key to success.
In this role, you’ll support daily packaging operations, coordinate workflow, and help ensure production goals are met. You’ll play an important part in keeping operations running efficiently while helping team members succeed.

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Packaging Line Lead Duties:
o Facilitate workflow and assign team members based on production needs
o Prepare materials, labels, and supplies to ensure smooth operations
o Monitor production schedules and ensure daily goals are met
o Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment, including Go-Packer 3000
o Support team members and communicate issues to leadership

Schedule:
o Day Shift
o Monday- Thursday 6:00am- 4:30pm

Pay:
$16.00 per hour

Packaging Line Lead Requirements:
o At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
o Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
o Basic computer skills
o Ability to solve problems and make decisions efficiently
o High school diploma or GED
