Millennium Print Group is seeking a Packaging Line Lead to help drive operational excellence within our world-class trading card manufacturing facility. If you're passionate about manufacturing, quality, team leadership, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to build products enjoyed by millions around the world.

Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time | Manufacturing Schedule

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily packaging production line activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate manufacturing operations.
  • Verify job tickets, product specifications, first-article approvals, and material accuracy before production begins.
  • Coordinate team assignments based on skill level while training and mentoring employees throughout the shift.
  • Perform ongoing quality inspections and hourly product checks to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Coordinate material replenishment to maintain continuous production and prevent interruptions.
  • Promote workplace safety by ensuring proper equipment usage, ergonomic practices, and compliance with company safety standards.

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or printing experience.
  • At least 1 year of leadership or team lead experience.
