Job Purpose: Packaging Associate are responsible to ensure that packaging requirements are completed in a timely manner. Detail and organization skills are required. To ensure that specifications are followed through for each specific customer.
On Site: Georgetown, GA
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Summary of Essential Job Duties
  • Detail and organization skills are required. To ensure that specifications are followed through for each specific customer.
  • Use any safety related PPE required equipment
  • Following all safety guidelines set forth by the company and it's supervisors
  • Responsible for safety checks of equipment before usage
  • Pushing Production Carts to designated areas
  • Pallet jack movement is required
  • Able to move up and down a ladder as needed
  • Reviewing receiving and stocking of supplies for accuracy
  • Maintain integrity of products through proper handling and storage
  • Responsible for completion of daily work order via scanner/paperwork
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts
  • Ensure a clean, safe and productive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company directives, using safety first practices to remain accident free
  • Ensure good housekeeping is followed daily
  • Maintain company attendance standards
  • Execute company policies, procedures and programs in a professional, effective and timely manner
  • Other duties as necessary

Skills/Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
