Outbound LIGHTHOUSE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS - Outbound Sales Representative

Lead Type: Outbound Calls on high intent leads with verified debt amounts - in office

- Top Performers are 100k+ Annually
-High Tier Performers earn 80k+ Annually

Outbound Sales Representative General Description:

  • The ability to navigate through basic computer software, email platforms, debt management and answer calls using multiple line phone system.
  • Effectively communicate, both written and verbally with potential clients.
  • An energetic person who enjoys talking with people over the phone, or in person, and helping them by providing sound financial advice and counselling.
  • The Outbound Sales Representative determines debt obligations by interviewing clients, examining bills and payment schedules.
  • Examines credit reports and statements into financial wellness program that will help them with their un-secured debts.
  • Outbound Sales Representatives help enroll potential clients into a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts.
  • Providing educated advice by utilizing financial resources, examining income, assets and budgeting expenses to help qualify clients for the best financial program that will assist them with their debt.
  • Develop a financial plan for the client where necessary by reducing high-interest debt, by reducing high interest debt.

Outbound Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Previous experience in credit and/or collections, financial planning and sales preferred.
  • Strong people skills and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
  • Fact gathering skills.
  • Knowledge and use of PC Systems.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve.
  • Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.

Many of the successful hires we have made over the past few years have come from Outbound Sales / call center environments. An added plus for an Outbound Salesperson would be to have financial service experience.
