Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to develop, expand, and close new business for our Telemarketing Suites of Call Center services. This role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting customized contact-center services, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. The Sales Executive will work with existing clients to uncover expansion opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support renewals to maximize long-term client value.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
• Pursue prospective clients seeking our Telemarketing Suite of call center services from initial inquiry to a closed contract.
• Execute the sales process by identifying prospect buying motives, using proven techniques to overcome objections.
• Propose creative, "outside the box" solutions that emphasize service value and ROI for the prospect.
• Use proven sales techniques to match services to specific client needs and build high-impact value propositions.

• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen sales positioning.
• Generate sales proposals and agreements using approved templates with a tailored scope of work that reflects prospects' needs and expectations, and profitable pricing that aligns with company standards.

• Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and company success.
