Compensation:
Base Pay: $35,000
Commission (no cap on earning potential): 15% net revenue
*An on-target agent's yearly OTE should range between 71k - 75k. A top agent's yearly OTE should average 85k or more*
About the Outbound Sales Representative position
The Outbound Sales Representative is a key role responsible for conducting inside sales activities, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive outbound sales efforts. This position is remote and reports directly to the Head of Sales.

To do that, we need an Outbound Sales Representative to focus on generating new business by contacting potential clients through outbound calls, presenting Swyft Filings', and its entity subsidiaries', services and closing sales. They will build customer relationships, identify needs, and ensure clients understand the value of our offerings. A key aspect of the role is achieving monthly revenue targets and contributing to team goals.
What You'll Do
  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls to introduce Swyft Filings' services
  • Identify customer needs and tailor our solutions to address those specific requirements
  • Follow up on leads generated from various sources to move the sales process forward
  • Effectively close sales with potential customers
  • Assist customers via phone and email to address their questions and concerns
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
  • Develop positive relationships with potential clients, aiming to create a positive customer experience and drive long-term partnerships

What You'll Need
  • at least 2 years of Outbound Sales experience; In-bound Sales experience is a plus
  • at least 2 years in cold and warm sales experience
  • Direct industry experience is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in the business services industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a nice to have but not required
  • The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote work model
