Job description

Overview:

As an Outbound Sales Supervisor for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will be required to assist in training & developing all Outbound Inside Sales Representatives. In addition, you will be expected to recruit, onboard and coach candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activity in the Outbound department to ensure the Outbound Inside Sales Reps are meeting goals and expectations.
  • Coach and motivate Outbound ISR’s and provide real-time feedback.
  • Coach each Outbound ISR to the scripting and preferred methodology in the Outbound Department.
  • Develop, onboard and continuously train Outbound ISRs.
  • Provide feedback and when needed performance improvement plans to direct Outbound ISR’s to get back to standards.
  • Attend departmental meetings to become abreast of company policy updates and direction.
  • Make calls to prospective customers in the database with the intent of setting high quality appointments and demonstrating process/methodology to the Outbound ISRs. 
Qualifications:
  • Ability to teach and demonstrate the methodology.
  • Excellent team relations, empathetic, personable, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely.
  • Must be able to organize & prioritize.
  • Ability to adapt well and accept/give feedback in a changing environment.
  • Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year in Inside Sales role (or similar).
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year Inside Sales Supervisor experience (or similar).
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience managing a team.
