We’re looking for passionate, persuasive, and pet-loving sales professionals to join our Call Center team as PetPlus Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you’ll connect with pet parents nationwide, helping them discover more cost-effective ways to care for their pets while supporting our mission to make pet care affordable and accessible. This is a proven successful program that you will be joining.

  • We have offices in Florida and New York.
  • We are open to remote working in the following states: GA, NJ, TX, and TN.
  • If you reside more than 60 miles away from the physical office locations, you may be considered for remote working.

What You’ll Do

  • Contact pet parents via phone and email to promote the PetPlus membership program.
  • Communicate program benefits clearly and confidently to drive enrollment and close sales.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while handling questions about orders, prescriptions, and products.
  • Assist customers with Rx and non-Rx order updates, including communication with veterinary offices.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service KPIs.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to share feedback and suggest process improvements.
