Job description

Position
We are looking for a Sales Executive on a full-time basis to drive sales growth and acquire new clients. We support businesses in building and scaling eCommerce and digital solutions by providing top-tier engineering talent and dedicated teams. While we have strong expertise in SFCC, Shopify, and Magento, our capabilities extend across a broad range of technologies and full-cycle development services.
Responsibilities and duties
  • Bring new clients to the company through outbound lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Manage the account in the initial stage after deal closing, ensuring a smooth handover to the Account Manager later on.
  • Run outreach campaigns and follow up with prospects.
  • Communicate with clients and leads in English.
  • Attend conferences and networking events in EU/US, and meet clients offline when needed.
  • Work closely with the team to support business growth.
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales activity.

Qualifications and skills
  • Proven experience in full-cycle outbound sales / lead generation, including prospecting, outreach, communication via email and calls, lead qualification, and deal closing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Lemlist, GetSales, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, XING, Upwork, Apollo, and Zoom / Google Meet.
  • Experience selling IT services or digital commerce solutions to clients in the Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or broader ecommerce space.
  • Experience selling to US / EU markets.
  • Familiarity with B2B contract / IT outsourcing/ outstaffing / agency sales.
  • Ability to work with lead lists, segmentation, ICP definition, and prospect research
  • Experience with cold email deliverability, inbox rotation, and domain setup.
  • Experience writing high-converting outreach scripts and running email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of sales automation tools and outbound sales processes.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience attending conferences and networking events, with confidence in meeting clients in person and representing the company offline.
  • Based in Minsk and open to working in a hybrid format with regular office presence.
