Guardian Tax is seeking motivated sales professionals who are confident leading sales conversations, comfortable handling objections, and skilled at guiding conversations toward a successful close. As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you'll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. No cold calling is involved - your focus will be on understanding each individual's needs, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

- Maintain follow-up activities and manage active opportunities

Qualifications
- 6+ months of phone sales experience required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
- Competitive, motivated, and results-focused mindset
- Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls
