Responsibilities
Run Structured Client Appointments
• Conduct fact-finding sessions via Zoom
• Identify gaps in budgeting, savings, debt, insurance, and retirement planning
• Follow the Atlas appointment framework (Fact Find - Diagnose - Recommend - Close)
• Maintain professionalism and high energy regardless of circumstances
Present & Close High-Ticket Financial Solutions
• Handle objections with discipline and emotional control
• Close business ethically and accurately
• Ensure strong client onboarding and persistence
Maintain Production Standards
• Track weekly KPIs (appointments set, sit rate, close rate, premium submitted)
• Participate in weekly sales training and accountability calls
• Maintain a high-performance, positive attitude culture
Licensing & Compliance
• Obtain and maintain required insurance licensing (we provide guidance + reimbursement program)
• Complete required training modules
• Operate in full compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on Zoom
• Willingness to obtain state insurance licensing (we provide guidance + reimbursement program)
• Coachable and able to follow a structured sales system
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude regardless of external circumstances
