We are seeking an Sales/Client Support Representative to manage order processing, invoicing, customer service, and payables management to large-scale customer accounts. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with a career focus on sales, business and finance who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Order intake and processing
  • Customer interaction by phone, such as answering inquiries on product details, pricing, and availability
  • Build up new business by pursuing inquiries from potential customers
  • Order tracking and coordination of invoicing
  • New customer account setup and management
  • Payables support and management of collections
  • Monthly billing cycle management
  • Inventory monitoring
  • Ordering of products
  • Coordination with Production Team on product demand and production schedule
  • Coordination with Shipping and Receiving Team on fulfillment of orders
  • Other sales support and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Good analytical & organizational skills, able to make sound decisions utilizing the data on hand.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including telephone and email etiquette.
  • Dedication to customer service and satisfaction. Ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive requests, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage productivity.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all departments to foster a success-oriented, deadline driven organization.
  • Ability to gain knowledge of an extensive product line.
  • Ability to self-teach and problem-solve to address customer questions and needs.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable software. Brightree billing and QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, DME, or medical supplies a plus.

Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or finance/accounting
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
