Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Sales & Customer Fulfillment Lead Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end sales and customer fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Order Management, Sales, Customer Fulfillment, ERP systems, and business process transformation, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Define solutions for Sales Order Management, Customer Fulfillment, Order Processing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical and functional solutions.
  • Lead solution architecture for sales and fulfillment transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, functional consultants, developers, and integration teams.
  • Identify process gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Define business process flows, solution designs, integration requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, ERP, Order Management, Warehouse, Logistics, Billing, and Finance systems.
  • Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical teams.
  • Provide guidance on system configuration, integrations, data flows, and overall solution architecture.
  • Support testing, deployment, production rollout, and post-implementation activities.
  • Identify risks and dependencies and provide recommendations to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and integration standards.
  • Mentor functional and technical team members and provide architectural leadership.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Sales, Order Management, or Customer Fulfillment.
  • Strong experience in solution/enterprise architecture.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading large-scale O2C transformation or ERP implementation programs.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP and enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA O2C, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with integration technologies, middleware, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong experience creating architecture documents, process flows, solution designs, and technical specifications.
Education
  • Bachelor&# ;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant architecture or ERP certifications are preferred.
