There will be a 90-day evaluation that may include an increase in pay. This is based on performance.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plant City, FL. This isn't just a desk jobโ€”you will be the primary point of contact for our customers while staying hands-on with our product inventory and logistics. Must be comfortable with a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Support: Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, eBay Messaging, and lives chat platform.

  • Order Management: Process returns, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. Pay close attention to details.

  • Warehouse Duties: Perform tasks such as preparing shipping boxes to ensure orders go out on time. Understand that we have deadlines and doing other shop duties may be necessary.

  • Relationship Management: Document and track all client interactions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Attend team meetings and training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and refine service strategies.

  • Professional demeanor: Provide proactive customer services that are thoughtful, empathetic, courteous, and professional.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Communication: Personable and professional verbal/written skills. Previous call center or higher volume of customer interaction is preferred.

  • Adaptability: A "quick study" who can retain technical product knowledge and remain coachable in a fast-paced environment. Do not be afraid to go above and beyond.

  • Reliability: Strong attendance is critical. We operate as a tight-knit team where every member counts.

  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish.

  • Industry Knowledge (Plus): Previous HVAC or warehouse experience is helpful but not requiredโ€”we will train the right person.

  • Knowledge or be able to understand: The 5 Pโ€™s of Customer Service:

    • 1. People - Interact w/customers processes. professionalism, knowledge, good demeanor, and positive attitude.
    • 2. Processes - Follow established systems and methods to deliver service and address customers issues effectively.
    • 3. Product - Be willing to put in the time to know our products and services that we offer to better advise and help our customers.
    • 4. Policies - Know the guide lines that define what can/ cannot be done for a customer and providing clear boundaries for delivery
    • 5. Presentation - Have a complete understanding and deliver clear communication of how the product will be delivered and presented in the box.
