Job description

Adecco is recruiting for a customer service position located in Cranberry Twp, PA . This is working for a global company who manufactures and distributes safety equipment and devices.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Fulfill order entry transactions – data entry of PO’s

  • Build knowledge of all major product groups to properly support customer contacts

  • Process credit requests, resolve mis-shipments and provide proof of deliveries

  • Provide customer support while expertly navigation between multiple computer sessions

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in active listening to fully understand customer needs

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce is a plus

  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment

  • Proven ability to approach any change or new situation with a positive attitude

  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner

  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service role

Salary $21/hr

Schedule is 8am-4:30pm and 9am-5:30pm rotating weekly
