MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Customer service/Order entry specialist, in our Burnsville, MN Headquarters.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders for supplies from internal and external clients while delivering an exceptional customer service experience. The successful candidate will exhibit attention to detail in processing orders, returns on internal and external systems; maintain call, and email volume expectations with a focus on minimal hold time rates.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming calls and emails.
  • Process supply orders and submit returns on vendor websites.
  • Strive to exceed team goals: calls per day, average talk time on live calls, % of Productivity, service error rates, supply error rates and phone audits.
  • Maintain team goals for Hold Time and Grade of Service.
  • Process standard reports within excel and proprietary software.
  • Participate in cross training to support other departments as needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Microsoft office products MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Able to travel to all Metro Sales locations (estimated 10 days a year) and Customer locations as needed.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Clean Driving Record

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent typing & Ten-key skills.
  • Exhibit excellent Communication, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Prior Customer service experience.
