  • Hours:  M-F  and  Sat 9-2pm
Duties:
  • Greet and working closely with customers with shipments that arrive at the office.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Organizing documents and paperwork and Data entry.
  • Assisting drivers with their routes and pricing at pickup location.
  • Assisting customers with order status and delivery status.
  • Bilingual is an A+ (Spanish and English).
  • Must be responsible and arrive on time.
  • Organize routes.
  • Must have good knowledge of internet and computer skills and be organized.
  • Assisting 2 employees over their daily route.
  • Must have Great customer service skills.
