Monday to Friday _ 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Delivering documents, packages, and supplies between office departments and external locations promptly and securely
  • Travel between company, bank, post office, tax office and DMV office. 
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and errands as needed to ensure smooth office functionality
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within office spaces and common areas
  • Cross training with receptionist and cashier
  • Supporting team members with various ad hoc responsibilities to contribute to overall office efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong reliability and punctuality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record. 
  • Must pass drug test, background check and MPVI check.
  • Spanish speaker is a plus
