  • Hit individual and team sales goals while driving self-generated leads and membership growth.
  • Coach, train, and develop your team daily through real-time role play and performance feedback

Key Details:
  • Competencies: Coaching & Development, Results Driven
  • Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
  • This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
  • You'll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site.
