A day in the life...

As a Membership coordinator, you are responsible for the NVWT wine club team delivering exceptional member experience, driving both wine sales and wine club retention, resulting in long-term relationships. This is a hybrid role which will also work in the retail/photo/cafe space as needed. 

Requirements

  YOU OWN THIS IF YOU HAVE... 

2 years' experience in a wine membership and/or customer service position.

Knowledge of wine and (Direct to Consumer) sales practices.

Working knowledge of wine club management systems; C7 a plus.

Familiarity with basic compliance guidelines.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; telephone, email, and in-person; friendly, helpful, and professional with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to handle customer service complaints and find effective resolutions.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Able to lift and carry 50lbs for short periods.

Must have a valid CA driver's license.

Must be 21 years of age


Salary range: $25 - $28 per hour
