Spa Receptionist

As a Spa Receptionist at FFC, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our members and guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment while providing top-notch customer service that reflects FFC's core values.

Position: Spa Receptionist

Job Type: Part-time

Location: FFC Park Ridge

Required Shifts: Wednesdays 4pm-9pm & Sundays 9:30am - 1:30pm OR 1:30pm - 5:30pm

Compensation: $15.40 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Welcome with Warmth: Greet members by name with a smile, creating a positive first impression
  • Maintain a Pristine Space: Keep the spa's front desk, and tanning areas (if applicable) spotless and organized
  • Professional Communication: Answer incoming calls and direct them with professionalism and care
  • Appointment Management: Coordinate with spa staff to manage bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling
  • Handle Transactions: Process payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift
  • Client Connection: Make reminder and confirmation calls to ensure clients are well-informed about their appointments
  • Be an Expert: Educate clients on Recovery Lounge services, including the medical benefits and precautions, and guide them in selecting the best products and services for their needs
  • Respond & Support: Address members' questions and concerns and provide additional support to other departments as needed
