Spa Receptionist

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our dynamic Spa Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.

What You Will Do

Are you excited about delivering the best Spa experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests and handles all inquiries by being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule. Spa Receptionists anticipate, customize, and service guest's needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options.
