Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing phone calls, providing patient and physician support/services in an efficient and friendly manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collects copayments, deductibles, and other office visit charges.
  • Screens phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Takes messages and provides information, answers questions regarding patient appointments
  • Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
