About the Position

Spavia Day Spa Plano is hiring a Spa Receptionist to join our growing team! If you enjoy customer service, hospitality, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.


This is more than a receptionist position. Our Guest Advisors (how we refer to this role internally) are responsible for providing luxury-level customer service while helping guests schedule appointments, learn about our services, purchase retail products, and enroll in our membership program.


We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
