The Medical Practice Manager with at least one year of physician medical practice experience will oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized medical practice with 6-15 providers. This role ensures efficient management of clinical and administrative staff, financial oversight, compliance with healthcare regulations, and smooth delivery of patient services. Utilizing technology such as Electronic Health Records and Practice Management Software, the manager drives quality assurance initiatives and operational excellence to optimize practice performance and quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise clinical and administrative staff
  • Oversee budgeting, financial operations, and reporting
  • Supervise billing, coding processes, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Coordinate relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives
  • Manage facility maintenance and daily operations
  • Oversee patient service team and address patient complaints
