Job description

Must have full and unrestricted license to practice therapy in Nevada state (CPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Summary:
This is a W-2 role for fully licensed clinicians that includes full benefits. A minimum of 23 billable client hours per week required for full-time employees, with 25 hours of availability needed. You may do up to 29 sessions weekly. You’ll have flexibility to create your own schedule and work both from home and in-person.
Our ideal candidate is interested in working with adults (via individual or relationship therapy) and has been thoroughly trained in at least one modality (EMDR, CPT, DBT, ACT, IFS, ERP, etc.). They also have experience supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients.

Minimum Requirements:
  • A master’s degree in behavioral science such as psychology, social work, counseling psychology, marriage and family therapy, from an accredited college or university whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
  • Full and unrestricted license to practice therapy in the state of NV. Applications will not be considered unless fully licensed.
  • A minimum of two years experience providing therapy to adults, teens, children, families or couples.
  • Thorough training in at least one therapeutic modality. This might include IFS, EMDR, ERP, EFT, etc.
  • Experience and understanding of evidence-based practices.
  • Experience working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients.
  • A desire to contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Two professional references, if offered a position.
  • Technology-savvy, and ability to troubleshoot common tech issues that disrupt sessions.
  • Fast and reliable internet for online sessions.
  • A cell phone that you can install the Simple Practice app on (to communicate with clients).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a private practice or group practice setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience using Simple Practice.

Benefits:
  • Pay: $54-$56 per session (includes both clinical time of $49-$51 and .25 hours of admin time accrued for every session at $20/hr.
  • Paid admin time to attend individual supervision bi-weekly and 4 hours of group consultation monthly.
  • An extra $2/hr. for sessions conducted outside of normal business hours (8am to 4:00pm).
  • Monthly CEU stipend: $600/year, $50/month. To support you in completing CEUs.
  • Monthly tech stipend: $300/year, $25/since you’ll be using your own phone and computer.
