The Mind Studio Therapist Job Listing
The Mind Studio is a private outpatient mental health practice in Niceville, FL. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy as well as psychological/neuropsychological testing. We are looking for two part-time or full-time licensed psychologists (e.g., PHD, PSYD) to conduct therapy and psychological or neuropsychological evaluations.

The main areas of therapeutic need are: anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, postpartum depression, adjustment disorders (often due to military life), and PTSD. Testing evaluations are needed for: ADHD, developmental delays, Autism spectrum disorders, academic and learning disabilities, behavioral issues, and mood/personality disorders.


Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Have an active license to practice in the state of FL (e.g., PHD, PSYD)
  • Live locally or be willing to commute
  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Provide psychological or neuropsychological testing
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant records through our Simple Practice EHR software
  • Attend monthly staff meetings

Work Hours:

  • The Mind Studio is open Monday-Thursday from 8 am-4 pm
  • Therapists have the flexibility to set their hours within the businesses hours of operation

Pay:

  • Psychologists are independent contractors (i.e., 1099) & are paid based on their collections. This means psychologists can earn as much as they want to, depending on the number of hours worked/patients seen. Pay can range from $50,000 to $120,000 a year.
