About the Role 

The Practice Coordinator, Practitioner Resource and Supply distribution support both supply logistics and day-to-day Practice Coordination workflows to ensure field and telehealth operations run smoothly. This role coordinates supplies, devices, kits, shipping, returns, and inventory while assisting with chart preparation, provider support, appointment readiness, and operational follow-up. 
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workflows across logistics, provider support, and healthcare operations. 

Key Responsibilities 
Logistics & Supply Management 
  • Coordinate ordering, tracking, shipping, and delivery of provider supplies, devices, kits, and operational materials. 

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and identify reorder needs. 

  • Support supply planning based on provider schedules, market needs, health events, and operational demand. 

  • Track company-issued equipment and coordinate returns, redeployment, or retirement of reusable assets. 

  • Monitor shipping delays, missing items, or supply issues and work toward timely resolution. 

  • Assist with supply preparation for provider onboarding, market launches, and health events. 

Practice Coordination Support 
  • Assist the Practice Coordination team with provider readiness, appointment preparation, and daily operational support. 

  • Support chart preparation prior to scheduled visits to help ensure providers have the information needed to complete documentation. 

  • Review appointment and member information for completeness and escalate missing or incomplete items as needed. 

  • Help monitor chart prep tasks, unsigned charts, documentation follow-up, and provider support needs as assigned. 

  • Support communication between Practice Coordination, Clinical, Scheduling, Logistics, and Operations teams. 

  • Help identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements. 

Vendor, Reporting & Process Support 
  • Communicate with vendors and fulfillment partners regarding orders, shipments, returns, and supply issues. 

  • Track basic logistics and practice coordination metrics, including fulfillment status, inventory levels, delivery timelines, and chart preparation completion. 

  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and operational logs to support visibility and accountability. 

  • Document recurring supply, provider, or workflow issues for leadership review. 

  • Support clean, organized, and auditable workflows for supplies, assets, chart prep, and provider support. 

Qualifications 
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, healthcare administration, practice coordination, or related field. 

  • Experience supporting healthcare operations, field teams, provider networks, or clinical workflows preferred. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Comfortable using trackers, dashboards, shipping platforms, and operational systems. 

  • Experience with Salesforce, Athena, inventory systems, or healthcare scheduling tools preferred. 

  • Experience in supply chain management
