Job description

Position: Associate Dentist

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our private practice client on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a dynamic and growing dental practice.

This is a FFS/PPO opportunity that is based on production %. Compensation is open to discussion based on experience.

11 operatory practice.

This practice is closed on Wednesdays.

Experience with surgical extractions, molar endo and implant placement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine dental exams, diagnose and treat oral health issues

- Develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive dental care to patients

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques

- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses as required

- Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
