This position is entirely remote, allowing therapists to conduct their sessions from the comfort of their own homes. Utilizing our Simple Practice platform, you will engage with clients through secure video conferencing and messaging. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the individual goals and needs of clients.
• Provide psychotherapy for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, through virtual appointments.
• Utilize best practices and evidence-based therapies to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress within the Simple Practice system.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and collaboration.

We serve a varied client base, including adolescents, adults, and couples presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role as a therapist will encompass understanding the unique backgrounds and challenges faced by each client, enabling you to deliver tailored interventions that foster healing and growth.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage/Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective treatment plans and deliver quality mental health therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for virtual client interactions.
• Comfortable with remote technologies and capable of managing video-based sessions.

• Background in psychotherapy methods for teens, adults, and couples.
• Experience working within a telehealth or remote service environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Simple Practice, is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
