Job description

This is a hybrid role based in Westlake Village, California, and candidates must be able to work on-site as required. Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and text, providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming experience. Coordinate the new client onboarding process with Care Services Manager, including consultation scheduling, client‐clinician matching, insurance coordination with the billing team, client portal setup, and intake documentation. Maintain accurate client records and create client profiles in Simple Practice. Communicate with clients, clinicians, and internal team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including client transfers, cancellations, reschedules, and clinician transitions. Collaborate with the leadership team to support client care, workflow efficiency, and administrative initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Experience with Simple Practice, Podium and Webflow is a plus.
