Simple Strokes Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Windsor, California. We’re hiring immediately! This position will focus on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients’ recovery journeys. • Deliver personalized physical therapy treatment for approximately 1–1.5 patients per hour to ensure individualized care and attention.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Collaborate actively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants, fostering professional growth and enhancing team effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic patient records, utilizing our WebPT EMR system to track progress and streamline communication within the team.

• An active Physical Therapist license for California or the ability to obtain such licensure in a timely manner.
• Strong clinical skills demonstrating a focus on patient-centered care and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Experience with WebPT or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus for efficient patient documentation and management.
• A background in developing community programming related to wellness and rehabilitation can enhance your application.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
