Simple Strokes Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Windsor, California. We’re hiring immediately! This position will focus on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients’ recovery journeys. Work EnvironmentLocated in the heart of Windsor, California, our Rehabilitation Center offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our facility promotes an open floor plan that encourages teamwork and communication among staff, allowing for collaborative patient treatment while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized physical therapy treatment for approximately 1–1.5 patients per hour to ensure individualized care and attention.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
- Collaborate actively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants, fostering professional growth and enhancing team effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed and accurate electronic patient records, utilizing our WebPT EMR system to track progress and streamline communication within the team.

Qualifications- A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Prior therapeutic practice and relevant degrees such as a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy are highly regarded.
- An active Physical Therapist license for California or the ability to obtain such licensure in a timely manner.
- Strong clinical skills demonstrating a focus on patient-centered care and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
- Experience with WebPT or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus for efficient patient documentation and management.
- A background in developing community programming related to wellness and rehabilitation can enhance your application.
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
