Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with an ENT background to join a thriving, established ENT practice in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. This provider will work alongside a highly respected ENT physician in a busy outpatient practice, helping manage patient volume while the physician is in surgery.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and managing ENT patients independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Previous ENT experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of general ENT conditions

  • Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits

  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician

  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, imaging, and hearing evaluations

  • Work independently in clinic while the physician is performing surgical procedures

  • Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

  • Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant

  • National certification (NCCPA)

  • Previous ENT experience required

  • Physician Assistant preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Expected patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day once fully ramped up

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
