ENT Practice Ownership Opportunity

Established and successful ENT practice seeks new physician to run the practice in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a profitable and well-regarded private Otolaryngology practice. This opportunity has the freedom of being your own boss!

About the Group: Ear, Nose and Throat Practice

  • Location is based in an excellent part of Atlanta, GA
  • Private practice founded in 2002.
  • Provide conservative and surgical ENT care
  • Currently 1 ENT physician, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 7 employees.

About this role: ENT Practice Ownership

  • This is not an employed position. The current Owner/Founder of the practice is retiring and seeking a sale of their practice.
  • New Physician would be purchasing the practice, patient base, and equipment
  • Current Physician is willing to operate and execute the transition on the purchaser's timeline.
  • This group provides ENT care including evaluations, allergy injections, medication management, and surgical procedures.
  • Candidate must be able and willing to perform Nasal/Sinus procedures - Balloon Sinuplasty, Endo sinus surgery, etc.
  • Clinic Patient Volume typically 18-25 patients per day. Mixture of Evaluations, Injections, and Follow Ups.
  • Determine your own working hours and time off. Very minimal patient calls during weekends or off hours.
  • Perform procedures at the local Hospital System and Ambulatory Surgical Center.

Background Desired: Otolaryngologist (ENT)

  • Board Certified in Otolaryngology

  • 5+ years of experience preferred

  • Desire and ability to perform ENT related procedures
