Job Description

A Holly Springs, Georgia based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner  to join a medical oncology team. An ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in a medical oncology setting.  

Required Qualifications 

  • GA NP or PA license
  • DEA certificate before start date
  • CPR certification
  • Board certified in field
  • Medical oncology experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages in medical oncology
  • Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
  • Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
  • Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
