  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business.
  • Experience in a medical setting and leadership roles.
  • Key skills in finance, HR, compliance, and EMR|EHR systems.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPPM, CMPE, or CMM.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to manage daily operations and maintain financial health.

Responsibilities:
