Your Role
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the primary function of this position is to supervise the performance of every employee on assigned shift to achieve team and company objectives.
  • Promote, support, and enforce the elements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 as they apply to the maintenance department
  • Assist with any maintenance challenges and be willing to assist and learn from others in their areas of expertise
  • Managed daily shift operations by creating employee schedules, leading shift start-up safety and workload meetings, and ensuring strict adherence to company and safety policies and procedures.
  • Supervises safety and environmental programs to meet regulatory and Kaiser Requirements
  • Extremely safety-oriented and participate in safety meetings and dialogues, performs Job Hazard Analysis, and performs Incident Investigations as needed to maintain the safest work environment possible
  • Takes ownership of safety processes; performs maintenance safety program audits (Lockout/Tag out, Confined Space, Fall Protection, PPE, mobile equipment, etc.)
  • Inform Manager of all employee or production issues as they arise
  • Directly supervises employees in the maintenance department which includes mechanics, Automation and Robotics Technicians

B Shift: 3pm - 11pm Monday - Friday
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years journey-level experience as a maintenance technician maintaining and repairing industrial machinery; manufacturing equipment maintenance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 environments
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma concepts and OSHA knowledge
  • Previous supervisor experience
  • 3+ years' experience using Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook)
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written

Pay Range for this position: $106,800.00 -$160,200.00 annually
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
