Job description

Multi-Craft Working Supervisor

Progressive industrial, LLC is hiring a Supervisor with multi-craft experience, specifically with knowledge in industrial maintenance. We are seeking individuals who possess excellent leadership abilities within heavy industrial settings providing maintenance support for companies throughout Hampton Roads, and beyond (high likelihood of travel). The Supervisor is a working supervisor where you will be required to step in and effectively perform the duties of the craftsman on your team as well as train on the skilled crafts. Hands on experience as a millwright, machinist, and welder, within industrial settings is a must. You will have the opportunity to pass along your love of the industrial crafts through demonstration, guiding, and teaching. Solid work history with privately owned small to mid-size industrial maintenance companies preferred.

This is a full-time direct hire position.
