Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep production running safely and efficiently.


What You'll Do
  • Lead and support a maintenance team

  • Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and facility systems

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance

  • Read/interprete engineering blueprints

  • Fabricate parts for repairs and upgrades

  • Maintain LOTO, safety, and ISO documentation

  • Manage inventory, order parts, and coordinate with vendors

  • Partner with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations


What We're Looking For
  • Degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or related field

  • Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance

  • Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards

  • Ability to lead, coach, and train team members

  • Welding experience a plus (not required)

  • Comfortable with high/low voltage basics

  • Strong communication and time-management skills
