Litehouse is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance (QA) to lead quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company standards. In this critical leadership role, you'll work cross-functionally to promote quality excellence and support product innovation and operational success.What You Will DoPromote product quality achievement and performance improvement across the organizationEnsure compliance with GFSI/SQF, regulatory, and customer standardsOversee plant sanitation systems and support implementation and verificationSupervise QA staff and align objectives with plant managementSupport R&D on commercialization projects and troubleshoot production challengesAnalyze quality performance using statistical process control and other toolsRespond to customer/consumer quality inquiries and lead investigationsDesign and deliver quality control and food safety training programsMaintain inspection parameters and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and directivesManage environmental testing programs and inspection criteriaContribute to ongoing improvement of QA systems and food safety policiesWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field (Required); Master's degree (Preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience supervising and managing QA teams in a manufacturing environmentCertification in HACCP, SQF Practitioner, and PCQI required upon hireStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams inside and outside the organizationExperience managing QA teams and driving operational quality in a fast-paced, regulated environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and analytical quality programsAbility to multi-task, lead projects, and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environmentStrong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with attention to detailExperience working with geographically dispersed teams a plusGreat People Deserve Great Benefits401(k) with company matchingHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)A values-driven, employee-owned culture that invests in you Why Join Litehouse?https://www.litehousefoods.com/ At Litehouse, quality is more than a process-it's a promise.
