Litehouse Foods is seeking a passionate and motivated Maintenance Planner to support our mission of bringing quality, freshness, and flavor to every table. If you thrive on organization, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving, this is your chance to join an employee-owned company where your voice-and your work-matter.
Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to keep our plant operations running efficiently.
Define and estimate work requests, prioritize tasks, and track work orders using our CMMS system.
Implement inspection procedures to detect and address issues before they become problems.
Partner with technicians, engineers, and managers to coordinate maintenance around production downtime.
Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory-never get caught without what you need.
What You Bring
Associate's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
2+ years hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic or electrician in a manufacturing setting-preferably food production.
1+ year experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, with proficiency in a CMMS platform.
Familiarity with inventory management, procurement coordination, and continuous improvement practices.
