We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment, machinery, and facility systems run safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting - minimizing downtime and keeping production running strong.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary vocational training preferred.
  • 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
  • Skilled in MIG/ARC welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train and guide Maintenance Technicians.
  • Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for scheduling and tracking.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and commitment to a safety-first culture.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, or on-call when needed.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise, train, and work alongside Maintenance Technicians on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Partner with the Plant Manager and production teams to plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems - including PLCs and control panels.
  • Utilize CMMS to schedule, record, and track maintenance tasks and ensure compliance.
  • Perform welding, fabrication, and installation of new equipment and systems.
  • Manage parts inventory, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely repairs and service.
  • Promote and enforce company safety standards, conducting regular checks and training.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.
