Manufacturing Maintenance ManagerBuild the Future of Manufacturing at Worldwide Foam

Not every maintenance leadership role gives you the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

At Worldwide Foam, we're expanding, investing in new equipment, launching new manufacturing capabilities, and looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager who wants to be more than just a maintenance supervisor. This is an opportunity to become a key member of our leadership team and help shape the future of our operation.

We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader who can create structure, drive reliability, and build a world-class maintenance program that supports our growing extrusion, compounding, and XLPE manufacturing operations. You'll have the opportunity to influence equipment decisions, lead capital improvement projects, develop preventative maintenance strategies, and help scale the maintenance department as the company continues to grow.

If you thrive on solving problems, improving processes, reducing downtime, and creating systems that keep manufacturing operations running at their best, this could be the career move you've been waiting for.

What You'll Do

You'll lead all maintenance activities across our manufacturing facility, including production equipment, building systems, utilities, and future expansion projects. You'll work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to maximize uptime, improve reliability, and support operational excellence. You'll also manage vendors, contractors, maintenance budgets, spare parts inventories, and long-term facility improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a maintenance professional with proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with extrusion, plastics processing, compounding, laminating, or similar industrial equipment is highly valued. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo in pursuit of continuous improvement.

Why Worldwide Foam?

Because this isn't a maintenance department that's already built.

This is your chance to help create it.

You'll have a direct impact on production performance, equipment reliability, facility improvements, and future expansion projects. Your ideas will matter. Your leadership will be visible. Your work will make a difference.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off

If you're ready to take ownership, build systems, lead change, and make a lasting impact, we'd love to talk with you.

Join Worldwide Foam and help build what's next.
