Job description

Rosina Food Products is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within our manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, supporting production goals, developing maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in food manufacturing maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, safety compliance, and team development.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage all plant maintenance operations and personnel
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Support production, packaging, warehouse, and facility operations
  • Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Manage maintenance budgets, staffing plans, and departmental performance
  • Coordinate contractors, capital projects, and facility improvements
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Human Resources
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop maintenance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coach, develop, and mentor maintenance supervisors and technicians
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading maintenance teams and managing departmental budgets
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and equipment reliability
  • Experience with OSHA regulations and safety programs
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Food manufacturing or frozen food industry experience
  • CMMS experience (MicroMain or similar systems)
  • Capital project management experience
  • Process Safety Management (PSM) experience
  • Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience
