  • Perform equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to identify worn components and potential failures before they impact production.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement solutions to reduce downtime and prevent recurring issues.
  • Support the design, installation, and layout of electrical circuits and systems for equipment and facility projects.
  • Partner with external contractors on electrical, maintenance, construction, and facility projects.
  • Support preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery and related equipment.
  • Provide technical direction, training, and hands-on support to junior maintenance technicians.
  • Identify and communicate equipment concerns that could impact safety, quality, or production.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of PLCs and computer-controlled manufacturing equipment.
  • Working knowledge of NEC requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and man lifts and maintain required certifications.
