We're looking for a hands-on, motivated, people-focused Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is your chance to make a real impact by driving reliability, improving efficiency, and building a strong maintenance culture.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Maintenance Manager, you'll be the go-to leader for all things maintenance, reliability, and equipment performance.

Your day-to-day may include:
  • Leading and developing a skilled team of maintenance technicians
  • Creating smart maintenance strategies that keep equipment running smoothly
  • Driving preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and finding long-term solutions
  • Managing emergency repairs like a calm, collected pro
  • Supporting food safety, OSHA compliance, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, GMPs, and SQF standards
  • Tracking maintenance KPIs, work orders, schedules, and equipment history
  • Identifying process improvements that make operations stronger and more efficient
  • Partnering with production and leadership teams to keep the plant operating at its best
