Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive mechanical, electrical, and facilities management knowledge, along with strong leadership capabilities.

Location: Wareham, MA

Duties

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team to execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across all plant equipment.
  • Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as HVAC systems, building infrastructure, and utilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, or modifications with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities using tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety awareness among staff.
  • Collaborate with production management to minimize downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency through effective maintenance planning.
  • Lead efforts in training staff on new procedures, safety protocols, and technical skills relevant to industrial maintenance.
