Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing

Location: Brodhead, WI 53520
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
Employment Type: Full-time

Pro Found Recruiting is working on a confidential Maintenance Supervisor search for a manufacturing company in the Brodhead / Green County area.

This role is responsible for leading daily maintenance activity in a fast-paced production environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance team members, coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance, support equipment reliability, and work closely with production leadership to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

The exact plant location will be shared during the recruiter screen.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily maintenance work, including repairs, PMs, troubleshooting, and plant support
  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members
  • Identify skill gaps and help improve team troubleshooting capability
  • Coordinate maintenance work with production, operations, and outside vendors
  • Support equipment installations, repairs, and improvement projects
  • Help drive preventative maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Track maintenance activity, work orders, equipment repairs, and related records
  • Support department priorities, scheduling, purchasing, and budget-related decisions
  • Ensure maintenance work supports safety, quality, GMP, and food safety requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and work environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
  • 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced electrical knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop maintenance team members
  • Strong prioritization skills across breakdowns, PMs, and production demands
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

  • Food manufacturing experience
  • Pump and valve experience
  • PLC exposure
  • Fabrication or TIG sanitary welding experience
  • Experience supporting PM programs, reliability, TPM, or continuous improvement
