Job description

OverviewMano Lani is looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist to administer and develop SharePoint-based knowledge management systems in support of the Marine Corps PKI program's internal collaboration and external customer support missions. This role ensures that PKI operational data, documentation, and service support information is organized, accessible, and current for both internal MCCOG staff and external USMC customers worldwide.  Key Responsibilities  Create, maintain, and sustain internal and external Marine Corps PKI SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, views, and WebParts  Create and manage SharePoint List databases supporting RA Operations for tracking token and certificate lifecycle; manage all RA SharePoint lists supporting disaster recovery  Develop new enhancements to SharePoint list and database capabilities as mission requirements evolve  Create and maintain templates to assist PKI personnel with individual document libraries and collaborative workspaces  Maintain the external PKI SharePoint customer support portal, ensuring content is current and accessible to authorized external users  Develop and maintain reports from SharePoint lists using available tools; create and sustain Key Performance Indicator web parts  Set proper SharePoint security settings and permissions; connect web parts and maintain overall PKI SharePoint content currency  Write basic SharePoint scripts to support site functionality such as site redirection and conditional list formatting  Coordinate with PKI section leads to identify new knowledge management requirements and implement solutions in support of continuous improvement RequirementsRequired Qualifications  Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance  Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Library Science, Communications, or a related field  CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II baseline certification  Minimum 3 years of hands-on SharePoint administration and development experience  Experience with DoD/NSS PKI systems or demonstrated familiarity with PKI concepts  Demonstrated ability to create and manage SharePoint document libraries, lists, views, and web parts in a DoD or Federal Government environment  Preferred Qualifications  Microsoft SharePoint certification or equivalent platform training  Experience with SharePoint scripting using JavaScript, PowerShell, or SharePoint Framework (SPFx)  Familiarity with MCCOG collaboration environments and PKI-related data tracking requirements   Security: Requires the applicant to possess and maintain an active security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship. Physical Requirements:Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required.
