Job Description
Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Management Systems Development Support (Knowledge Manager) to support a Federal Government client.

Descriptions:
  • Shall provide recommendations for the development of Knowledge Management (KM) systems and offer results by designing and implementing SharePoint process improvement solutions. Government COR, in tandem with the KO, must approve all solutions prior to Contractor implementation.
  • Shall produce, for Government review and approval, KM SOPs IAW Army FM 6-01.1, which shall guide KM efforts within the organization and shall put the KM structure, practices, and governance model into place.
  • Shall provide position papers containing analysis that provide assessments regarding the effectiveness of current organizational SOPs and processes as discussed in the KM Working Group (KMWG).
  • Shall facilitate the KMWG using a variety of techniques and tools to enable that collaboration to occur, including disseminating information received to individuals or to the entire working group, prompting working group members to participate and provide specific items to the discussion.
  • Shall publish minutes to the SharePoint KM portal site, disseminate minutes via email to designated Government personnel from the KMWG, and provide recommendations for the follow-on KMWG.
  • Shall provide surveys, interviews, and the results of each KMWG that enable methods of sharing knowledge both within and outside of the organization as well as vertically and laterally.
  • Shall participate in meetings to ensure requirements and design concepts are accomplished through the creation of governance and maintenance plans, custom workflows and site themes, SharePoint content management with Microsoft Office applications, and the transfer of content from shared drives and other repositories to SharePoint.
  • Shall implement the KM practice by leveraging SharePoint as enabling technology, where applicable.
  • Shall provide formats and recommendations in the management and use of SharePoint from any prioritized KMWG recommendations which facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Shall provide status updates to the client including actual versus planned task progress made, schedule status, surveys and interviews conducted, meetings attended, issues, and recommendations.
  • Shall identify planned versus actual tasks completed within the previous week in these status updates.
  • Shall provide CI Operations Trends and Strategic Communications support, which involves the review of operations files, exchange of analyses, conduct of operational data queries, collating and organizing of the data of operational activity to include dossiers on over 1,500 operations, and articulation of operational leads, gaps, vulnerabilities, and trends.

Job Requirements
Required experiences:
  • Must have Security Plus certification and have completed a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033.

Required education:
  • High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Associate's degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
