Job description

RiVidium is seeking a Configuration Manager / Knowledge Manager to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations ? Core Operations and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Oversee PWS C.5.3.3 configuration management; controls baselines, change documentation, and release governance workflows. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain configuration control, knowledge assets, and documentation structures supporting operations.
  • Help ensure changes, baselines, artifacts, and technical records are organized and traceable.
  • Support audits, reporting, and knowledge transfer across teams and task areas.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to improve documentation discipline and information accessibility.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Lead (15+ yrs), Mid (5-8 yrs), Senior (10-12 yrs).
  • Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role. For IT and cybersecurity workforce positions, applicable DoD 8140 training and certification requirements will apply upon award.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AWS GovCloud, secure cloud operations, or mission-critical enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, change control, and evidence-based reporting in Federal or DoD environments.
  • Experience working in environments with cybersecurity, RMF, privacy, resilience, and continuous monitoring requirements.

Work Setting

This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
