Job Description

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking aKnowledge Management Analystwho will administer and enhance enterprise knowledge systems and content frameworks to support operational excellence. They will partner with business stakeholders to capture, document, andmaintainstandards, best practices, and process knowledge. They will promote knowledge sharing through structured governance, system optimization, and user engagement initiatives.

The Analyst will also support integration of knowledge management strategy with broader companyobjectives. They will collaborate closely with OES T&I Team Lead as well as DPR's Knowledge Management team to ensure OES knowledge systems and practices align with enterprise strategy whereappropriate, whileremainingtailored to OES's unique business needs. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administers enterprise knowledge platforms, including content configuration, permissions, and workflow management.

  • Interfaces with stakeholders to document official processes, standards, and best practices.

  • Develops and communicates guidelines for content creation, formatting, and lifecycle management.

  • Supports communities of practice through workshops, troubleshooting, and one-on-one guidance.

  • Identifiesgaps in enterprise knowledge and collaborates with stakeholders to develop andmaintainrelevant content.

  • Captures requirements for knowledge system enhancements, collaborates with development teams to support implementation, and contributes to quality assurance activities while improving platform usability, knowledge discovery, and accessibility of knowledge resources.

  • Organizes knowledge-sharing events andmaintainsinternal communications related to knowledge initiatives.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experiencerequired.

  • 2-4 years of experience in knowledge management, content governance, enterprise systems administration, or a related fieldrequired.

  • Knowledge management or Microsoft 365 certification preferred.

  • Successful completion of a background check isrequired.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a computer screen.

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

  • Occasional domestic travel may berequiredfor meetings (estimated at a maximum quarterly but may flex based on project or program needs).

  • While this is a hybrid role with most time being spent working from home, attendance at important meetings and events at the local OES Equipment/DPR office is required.
